The altarpiece of the Immaculate Conception Parish of Mijas, came to replace the old one which was unfortunately lost in 1931, the current work was commissioned in the famous workshops of the artist Sevilla Guzmán Bejarano in 1981 and placed the following year, in the sides there are pictures of St. Henry and St. Lazarus of workshops Olot, in his dressing room at the head of the central temple, the Immaculate Conception, on the climb back to the dressing room is framed a draft of the altarpiece, as well as one that will not get to do, and a commemorative plaque.
