Fiestas de San Antonio Abad in 1967. This image corresponds to the transfer of the Sabbath. A picture I saved from "memory lane" at my parents. An image very emotional for me because my father appears in it.
It's funny how in those days, the band stood in front of the step and the "tone" was a little more "lively" than the current so let us see this image. We do not know if better or worse, times have changed. I personally like best the solemnity of our times, but tastes are the colors.
The passage of the saint was also much more "loaded" now in regard to the arc. Perfectly You can see the huge thread hanging from it and I remember having seen very little, although not currently marketed.
